摘  要:目的通过光化学法建立一种新的和临床病理机制相似的大鼠提睾肌微动脉血栓模型。方法15只SD雄性大鼠,分为5组,以提睾肌微动脉为靶血管,分别通过股静脉注入0.2~0.6mL的异硫氰酸荧光素-右旋糖苷(FITC-dextran),以落射荧光显微镜100W汞灯经蓝光照射靶位置,同时在显微摄像系统观察血栓形成的情况和测量不同时间点血管的狭窄程度。结果在照射时间为3、6、9min时,0.4~0.6mL组比0.2mL、0.3mL组的血管狭窄程度更严重(P<0.05);除0.2mL组外其他组均可形成血管闭塞,0.4~0.6mL组的血管完全闭塞时间明显少于0.3mL组(P<0.01)。结论静脉注射FITC-dextran经光化学法建立大鼠提睾肌微动脉血栓模型是一种简单、可靠的方法,为微循环实验提供了一个新的方法。[Objective] To set up a new rat crester arteriole thrombolysis model which was quite similar to the clinical features. [Methods] Fifteen male SD rats were derided into five groups at random, after i.v. injection of different dose (0.2-0.6 mL) of FITC-dextran, photochemical thrombus formation was induced by continuous blue light (450-490 nm) from a 100-W mercury lamp exposure to the arteriole of the rat cremester, while the process was displayed on the computer monitor, the degree of stensis in different time were calculated. [Results] While the time in 3, 6, 9 minutes, the degree of stensis were more seriously in 0.4-0.6 mL group than those in 0.2 mL group (P 〈 0.05), all arterioles were obstructed in four groups except that in 0,2 mL group, the time of mierovasular occlusion was more less in 0.4-0.6 mL group than 0.2 mL group (P 〈0.01). [Conclusions] It is a simple and reliable approach to develop an experimental rat eerester thrombolysis model, providing a new method for the experiment of microciroulafion.
