摘　　要：目的探讨间隙连接蛋白Cx26和Cx43在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测石蜡包埋处理的22例正常膀胱上皮组织和54例膀胱移行细胞癌中Cx26以及Cx43蛋白的表达水平,并采用计算机图像分析系统对Cx26、Cx43的表达进行定量分析。结果Cx26、Cx43高表达于膀胱移行细胞的胞浆以及胞膜中,而在癌细胞中表达明显减低,且分布不均匀,两者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.01),Cx26、Cx43的阳性表达随着在膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级的增高而降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01);但未发现其与临床分期明显相关(P>0.05)。结论Cx26、Cx43的表达随着在膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级的增高而降低,其异常表达可能是膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展的重要因素之一。[Objective] To investigate the expression of connexin26 and connexin43 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and evaluate its significance. [Method] 22 cases of normal bladder epithelium tissues and 54 cases of bladder carcinoma were involved in this study, All of these tissues were made by Parafiqn-embedded and the way of immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of connexin26 and connexin43. The expression levels were quantified by image analysis program in computer. [Results] Connexin26 and connexin43 were highly expressed in kytoplasm or membrane In normal bladder epithelia cells but significantly depressed in tumor ceils （P 〈0.01）. This expression were significantly reduced with the rising of pathologic grade of cancer cells （P 〈 0.01） but no significant change with the clinic stage of BTCC （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The expression of connexin26 and connexin43 increased with the decrease of pathologic grade of bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC）. This abnormity phenomenon may be considered an important factor in the arising and development of BTCC.
