双手微小切口冷超声乳化与小切口非超声乳化手法娩核治疗白内障的疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对双手微小切口冷超声乳化与小切口手法娩核治疗白内障疗效进行对比分析。方法:随机选用双手微小切口冷超声乳化病例204例,及小切口手法娩核病例174例进行统计分析。结果:手术后视力以≥0.46的病例数进行比较,手法娩核组占76.9%,有显著差异(P<0.05);术后角膜散光两组比较,双手微小切口冷超声乳化组平均为-1.504±0.5,小切口非超声乳化手法娩核组平均为-3.0±0.5,两者差异具有统计学意义。结论:双手微小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术可安全、有效地通过<1.4 mm的切口吸除白内障,较小切口非超声乳化手法娩核术恢复快、散光少,视力提高快。Objective：This article analysed the effect and complication of treating cataract in phacoemulsification and manual nucleus division of small incision. Methods： 204 cases of phacoemulsification and 174 cases of manual nucleus division of small incision were analysed. Results： The vision after operation that according to case number（≥0.46） to compare, the case number was 76.9 % in group of manual nucleus division that the value was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ） ; The astigmatism of two groups have statistically significant after operation. Conclusion：Bimanual micropha- coemulsification is a feasible, secure, and effective surgery for cataract extraction through 〈 1.4 mm clear cornea incision, obvious compare to manual nucleus division of small incision less intraoperative complications and moreeffect.
