摘　　要：介绍了基于紫金桥组态软件的工业现场温度与液位的实时监控系统的设计,该系统以紫金桥组态软件作为上位机采集终端,对大输液生产中的配液罐进水量与温度数据进行实时的采集、存储与显示,实现实时监测。该系统的设计不仅可以用于大输液生产过程监控,也可以应用于流程工业的某些重要生产现场监控。The design of real-time monitoring system for measuring the input volume of distilled water and their temperature is based on the realinfo configuration software.As the the acquisition terminal of the system,the realinfo configuration software acquires,storages and displays the level and temperature data for real-time monitoring.This design of monitoring system can be applied not only for large volume infusion production,but also for monitoring some critical sites of the process industry.
