摘　　要：目的 观察埃兹蛋白（Ezrin）在正常肺、肺良性肿瘤组织及肺癌的表达，探讨其表达与肺癌侵袭转移的关系及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例肺癌组织、23例肺良性肿瘤组织、12例正常肺组织中Ezrin的表达，分析Eznn与肺癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果12例正常肺组织及23例肺良性肿瘤组织中未见Ezfin表达，而在45例肺癌组织中Ezrin阳性表达率为61．3％（27／45），两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。且Ezrin表达与肺癌分化程度、肿瘤转移相关（P〈0．05）。与患者年龄、性别、肺癌大小无明显相关（P〉0．05）。结论Ezrin表达与肺癌的转移及恶性程度有关，有助于预后判断及治疗方法选择。Objective To detect the expression of Ezrin （a member of ERM family） in lung cancer and its relation with invasion and metastasis of lung cancer cells. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Ezrin in 45 cases of lung cancer tissue,23 cases of benign tumor tissue, and 12 cases of normal lung tissue. The relationship between the expression of Ezrin and clinicopathologic features of lung cancer was analyzed. Results None of the normal intestinal tissues and benign tumor tissue were positive for Ezrin. In 45 lung cancer specimens ,the positive expression rate of Ezrin was 61. 3% （27/45）. The Ezrin expression was correlated with the differentiation and metastasis of lung cancer cells （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with age, sex and tumor size. Conclusion The expression of Ezrin in tumor tissue may be a new marker of the biological behaviors of lung cancer.
