摘 要:食品安全与人权息息相关。食品安全中的人权已经由间接的、多重的权利演变为一项直接的、明确的独立人权。在早期的国际人权公约和各国宪法基本上都是从"适当的生活水准"、社会保障或者健康权等角度来考虑"食品"问题的,而食品安全涉及生命权、健康权、知情权和环境权。近年来的国际人权文件则明确地将食物权(食品权)作为一项独立人权,其内涵也得以不断丰富,更加强调人的尊严和食品安全性。Food Safety is closely related to human rights. Human fights in food safety constantly evolves from indirect and multi -ply fights into a direct, explicit and independent right. "Food" is often mentioned by erlier international conventions on human rights and constitutions of eountrise of the world as "adequate living stanard", the rights of social security and to health including the right to life, to health, to know and environmental right. The recent international documents on human rights express explicitly the rights to food as an independent human right. The connotation of the right to food is enriched and man's dignity and food safety much emphasized.
