摘  要:【目的】观察铁强化大米对改善学生缺铁性贫血的作用。【方法】按照随机、双盲法将228例缺铁性贫血学生分为强化组和对照组,分别食用铁强化大米或普通大米的营养午餐。治疗前后测查血红蛋白(Hb)和血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin,SF)。【结果】①强化组在铁强化营养餐后Hb≥120 g/L占71.55%(78/109),对照组占40.91%(45/110);强化组Hb≥125 g/L占60.55%(66/109),对照组占30.0%(33/110),差异均有显著性。干预后强化组Hb均值较干预前明显增高;对照组Hb均值也有提高,但低于强化组,两组比较差异有显著性;②强化组SF水平显著增长,对照组SF也有增长,但强化组的SF值显著高于对照组的SF值,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】铁强化大米能纠正学生的缺铁性贫血,提高体内的铁储存。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of iron fortified rice on students with iron deficiency anemia. [Methods] 228 students with iron deficiency anemia were divided into two groups by a randomized, double-blinded method. Fortified group received treatment, which was the iron fortified rice lunch. Control group received the placebo, which was identical but not fortified. Hemoglobin (Hb) and serum ferritin (SF) were measured before and after treatment. [Results] ① After treatment there were respectively 71.5% (78/109) and 40.9% (45/110) students with Hb≥120 g/L in the fortified group and the control group. There were 60.55%(66/109) students with Hb≥125 g/L in the fortified group,30.0% (33/110) students with Hb≥125 g/L in the control group. The mean of Hb was significantly increase after treatment than before treatment in the fortified group. The elevation of Hb mean was significantly higher in the fortified group than that in control group. ②SF mean increased after treatment in the fortified group. The elevation of SF mean was significantly higher in the fortified group than that in control group. [Conclusion] The iron fortified rice is effective in treatmenting iron deficiency anemia and improving iron status.
