学龄前儿童心理行为问题与健康教育状况研究

摘　　要：【目的】了解南京市学龄前儿童行为问题及健康教育状况。【方法】随机抽取二个区九所托幼机构1 141名儿童作为调查对象,应用Achenbach儿童行为量表及托幼机构心理卫生健康教育状况问卷,了解儿童行为问题及健康教育状况。【结果】南京市学龄前儿童心理行为问题检出率为9.20%,儿童行为问题男女检出比例为1∶2,女童行为问题发生高于男童,5岁以下女童行为异常高于5岁以上女童。儿童行为问题与父母文化程度、父母有心理卫生培训证书、父母经常责骂子女、父亲对儿童的关心程度、家长较凶、家庭和睦密切相关。家长希望通过专业人员、报纸(电视)获得心理卫生知识,希望在医院、托幼机构、保健部门得到心理卫生服务。托幼机构儿童心理卫生服务较薄弱。【结论】儿童行为问题的发生是环境、社会、家庭、教养等多因素综合作用结果,对学校、家长、儿童开展健康教育活动至关重要。[Objective] To investigate the situation of children＇s psychological-behavior and health education for the pre-school children in Nanjing. [Methods] 1141 children were randomly selected from nine nurseries. Application Achenbach Child Behavior Scale （CBCL） and nurseries in mental health education, health status questionnaires were used to find out children＇s behavioral problems in education and health status. [Results] 9.20% psychological pre-school children were founded to have behavioral problems in Nanjing, children＇s behavioral problems detected in a ratio of 1 ： 2 for men and women,and girls＂ behavior problems were higher than boys＇. 5 girls under the age of abnormal behavior was higher than girls over the age of 5. Child behavior problems were related to their parents education, parents having mental health training certificates, parents often scolding the child,the extent of the father to child care, parents more fierce, closely related to family harmony. Parents hoped that through professionals, newspapers （television） to obtain mental health knowledge, in the hope that hospitals, kindergartens and nurseries, health departments receive mental health services. Children in kindergartens and nurseries for mental health services was poorer. [Conclusion] Child behavior problems is the occurrence of environmental, social, family, education and other factors result, schools, parents, children carry out health education activities.
