摘  要:物质流分析作为循环经济理论中的一个重要工具,正在日益得到广泛应用.以物质流分析理论为基础建立了物质流分析模型.选取1997—2005年的数据,对四平市的资源投入和污染排放的总量、结构、强度与人均规模的变化进行了分析.结果表明:四平市的社会经济发展主要依赖本地资源,本地资源消耗以生物量为主;经济发展中农业所占比例较大,第二、第三产业发展相对滞后;城市生态环境压力较大,"高资源投入,高污染排放"的粗放型线性经济发展模式没有得到根本改变.发展循环经济是四平市实现可持续发展的根本途径.As an important tool of the circular economic theory,material flow analysis has been becoming a widespread application.Material flow analysis model is established based on the material flow analysis theory.Based on the data selected from 1997 to 2005 of Siping City,the resource consumption,pollution emission total quantity,structure,intensity and the change of person average scale are analyzed,their analytical results show that social-economic development of Siping City rely mainly on local resources,of which biomass is the major local resources,agriculture occupies a big percentage in the economic development while the development of the second and third industries lag behind comparatively, urban ecological-environmental pressure is becoming bigger,the extensive linearity economy model of "higher-resource consumption and higher-pollution emission" has been not changed completely.Developing circular economy is the key route of achieving sustainable development in Siping City.
