推进以加工配送企业为核心的生鲜农产品供应链发展之浅见

摘　　要：家庭替代餐(HMR)的出现是现代经济发展、人们消费观念更新的产物,它的出现必然对我国现有生鲜农产品供应链产生重大影响。基于家庭替代餐的生鲜农产品供应链是在经济快速发展背景下,以加工、配送企业为核心的满足城市居民餐饮需求而产生的将一次产业中的农副产业、二次产业中的食品加工、包装业、三次产业中的配送、销售整合一体的供应链。通过对HRM所带来的影响分析,构建了以加工、配送企业为核心的新型生鲜农产品供应链模式并提出该模式的研究方向与发展建议。Home meal replacement （HMR） is an outcome of the modern economy development and the consumption ideas updating. Its appearance has inevitably significant influence to the existing fresh raw agricultural product supply chain in our country. The HMR based fresh raw agricultural product supply chain is an integrated channel which can satisfy the demands of catering from the urban residents with its core member enterprises that provide the processing and distribution services, and its functions centered at agricultural processing （from primary industry）, food processing and package （from the secondary industry）, distribution and sales （from the tertiary industry）. Through the influence analyzing of HRM, with the processing and distribution enterprises as core members, the new fresh raw agricultural product supply chain pattern was constructed, the research directions and development suggestions about this type of supply chain were also proposed.
