摘　　要：本研究介绍上颌骨位置的判定方法和正常值范围,详细讨论了上颌前突畸形的手术适应证、手术设计方法、操作要点和术后并发症等问题。所报告的18例外科手木矫正的上颌前突畸形均获得了满意的面部外形和合关系。In this paper a method of the determination of maxillary position and its range of normal values were introduced, and the clinical manifestation of maxillary protrusion deformities and indication, design method, main points of operations and complication of correction of maxillary protrusion deformities by modified wassmund techniqe were discussed in detail. The satisfactory facial profiel and occlusion in reported 18 cases of maxillary protrusion deformities by surgical orthodonties were obtained.
