中国城镇住宅资产财富效应分析

摘　　要：在生命周期假说的基础上,本文构造了一个城镇居民住宅资产与城镇居民消费关系的模型,并利用1999-2007年全国各省、市、自治区的数据,实证研究了我国城镇居民住宅资产对城镇居民消费的影响。实证研究发现,我国城镇居民住宅资产财富效应不佳。最后,本文对所得结论进行分析,并提出进一步发展的政策建议。Based on the＇assumption of life cycle, the paper construets a model indicating the relationship between the property of urban residents and their consumption, and empirically analyzes the influence of property to consumption based on the national data from 1999 to 2007. It shows that the wealth effects of property of urban residents is not well. Finally, it analyzes the conclusions and puts forward policy suggestions.
