摘　　要：文章从3个方面阐述完善医疗保险社会监督机制的必要性,在分析存在问题的基础上,针对问题提出了6点建议,以便更有效地发挥医疗保险社会监督职能,促进医疗保险事业健康发展。The paper discussed necessity of improving social surveillance mechanism of medical insurance in 3 aspects, analyzed the problems of the mechanism and brought forward six suggestions to develop the social surveillance function of medical insurance and to promote the development of medical insurance.
