摘　　要：医学进修教育是我国医学人才培养的重要方式。作为军医大学附属的教学医院,进修生的培养是我院教学工作的重要组成部分。文章就我院临床进修生培养的经验及存在的问题进行分析和总结,以期提高医学进修生的培养质量。Medical further education is a very important way to train the doctors in our country, which relates to the persistent development of medicine. Therefore more and more teaching hospitals and further--traning doctors pay attention to this. As an affiliated hospital to military medical university, training of advanced study doctors is a key part of our teaching task, by which the teaching level and the quality of trainee can be improved and both of them can be reciprocally promoted. The experience of our training on advanced study doctors and some problems existing were analyzed and summarized in this paper and we hope the quality of medical advanced doctors education will be furthered.
