摘 要:目的:计算直接X线数字成像系统在植入预成金属桩的成像中的失真率。方法:用测量软件在数字图像上测量预成金属桩的长度,与实际长度比较,计算出直接数字成像系统在预成金属桩植入应用中的失真率;分别测量并计算出数字图像上根内桩长与根长的比例并与其实际比例进行比较。结果:桩长总平均失真率为81.6%,其中,放大失真率占97.5%,缩小失真率占2.5%;根内桩长与根长在数字图像上的比例与其实际比例一致。结论:在临床预成金属桩植入中直接数字成像系统根尖片具有较大的失真率,需要采取相应措施减少失真率以适合临床应用的需要。Objective:To get the distortion rate and the valuable information of digital radiography to direct the placement of preformed metal posts accurately in clinical application. Methods: The lengths of the prefabricated metal posts in the digital images were measured with software. Through compariug the measured length with the actual length, the distortion rate was calculated. The lengths of the posts in the root and the root length were measured in the digital image to calculate their proportion. The value obtained was compared with the actual proportion. Results: The average distortion rate of the length of the preformed metal posts was 81.6%. 97.5% of the lengths froln the digital images was larger than the actual lengths; 2.5% was smaller than the actual values; the proportion of the length of the post in the root to the length of the root in the digital image was in accordance with the actual proportion. Conclusion: The distortion rate of digital radiography in the placement of prefabricated metal posts has been obtained and analyzed, which can provide valuable information to improve the clinical application of digital radiography.
