摘 要:目的:研究口腔健康教育PRECEDE-PROCEED模式各因素间关系,以便家长更好地指导幼儿口腔卫生保健,为成都市幼儿口腔健康教育与促进提供科学依据。方法:2007-04~2007-06间随机选取成都市区内12个幼儿园,共有653名3岁幼儿的母亲完成调查问卷。采用SPSS13.0软件统计分析数据。结果:母亲生活质量(包括口腔生活质量)与各影响因素,如健康、健康行为、强化因素等均密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:母亲口腔健康教育的程度能够影响幼儿口腔卫生健康。通过强化各影响因素,母亲生活质量可以提高,应长期坚持对幼儿及家长进行系统、有效的口腔健康教育与健康促进。Objective: To study the relations among the factors in PRECEDE-PROCEED model of oral health promotion, in order to enhance children oral health caring by their parents and provide information for oral health education and promotion policy making and management. Methods: A random sampling design was applied to selected 653 3-year-old children's mothers from 12 kindergartens in Chengdu urban. Data was processed with χ^2 test of SPSS 13.0. Results:The correlation between mothers' oral health quality and each influence factor is quite close (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Mothers' oral health quality can be improved by enhancing each influence factor. The degree of mothers' oral health education can influence children' oral health. So mothers' and children's oral health education and promotion should be developed for a long time in systematic and effective way.
