丹参复方双链酶药膜治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参复方双链酶药膜治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的临床效果。方法:RAU患者316例(男147例,女169例)随机分为2组:实验组157例(男83例,女74例),对照组159例(男64例,女95例)。记录治疗前后疼痛指数,治疗有效率。结果:2组治疗后疼痛指数均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗前后疼痛强度差值及显效率2组之间显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验组总有效率为94.1%,对照组总有效率为45.6%,2组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹参复方双链酶药膜治疗RAU镇痛效果好、缩短溃疡愈合时间;临床使用方便、安全。Objective： To investigate the effects of Danshen root/streptukinasc （SK） - streptodornase （ SD ） sensitive layer to RAU patients. Methods ：316 patients were divided into two groups randomly. There were 157 patients in experiment group and 159 patients in control group. Visual Analog Scale（VAS） value were recorded before, after and one month after treatment. In addition, the treatment effectiveness was also recorded. Results：In both group,the VAS values decreased remarkably （P 〈 0. 05 ） immediately after treatment. In experiment group, the clinical effectiveness was 94. 1%, while in control group was 45.6%. There was significantly different in two groups. Conclusion：Danshen root/SK-SD sensitive layer can effectively release RAU pain, and the application is convenient and safe.
