渭北旱塬水土环境状况对苹果品质的影响研究

摘  要:对乾县和白水县苹果示范园地下水、土壤各项要素及红富士苹果果实矿质品质指标进行了测定和相关分析。结果表明,地下水和土壤与苹果品质有密切关系:地下水中Mg与VC、pH与总酸、Cu与糖酸比,土壤中速效钾与VC、pH与总糖、pH与VC均呈强相关,且乾县和白水具有相同的正负相关性。根据相关分析结果,选定区划评价因子,进行了红富士苹果基于水土环境的优势区划,结论为:乾县和白水县苹果优生区位于西部和北部,中部和东部属于中优区,南部属于弱优区。In order to discuss the relationship between water and soil environment and apple quality, and to complete the apple cultivation division on water and soil environment, and finally to do a more comprehensive scientific division through synthesizing climatic conditions, major factors affecting Fuji apple quality were studied by correlative analysis between water and soil environment and fruit quality in Qian county and Baishui county. The soil and water's mineral nutrition concentration and apple quality traits were tested and analyzed. The correlative analysis result indicates that groundwater and soil are closely corrrelated with apple quality. Mg, pH, Cu of groundwater, and available K,pH,pH of soil respectively have strong correlation with VC, total acid,the ratio of sugar and acid,VC,total sugar,VC. According to the result,the Fuji apple advantageous division picture based on soil and water conditions was achieved. The division result shows that the most advantageous growing zone is in the north and the west, the more is in the central region, and the general is in the east and the south region. This result has some difference with the climatic division of predecessors.
