摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺癌TGF-β1和BRCA2表达意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测乳腺癌、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中TGF-β1和BRCA2的表达水平。结果:TGF-β1、BRCA2在c-erbB-2阳性组与阴性组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),在癌组织分别与癌旁组织和乳腺组织的表达比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:TGF-β1及BRCA2在乳腺癌中过表达,与c-erbB-2表达有一定协同性,联合三者的检测,可同时成为预测乳腺癌预后的指标。Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of TGF-beta1,BRCA2 and its biological behavior in breast carcinoma. Methods :Immunohistocbemistry of S-P method was used to detect the expression of TGF- beta1 and BRCA2 in 67 cases mammary glandular tissues,latero-cancer tissue and cancer tissue. Results :The significant difference was observed in the expression of TGF-beta1 and BRCA2 in breast cancer tissues,latero-cancer and mammary glandular tissues(P〈0.01). The protein exprssion of TGF-beta1 and BRCA2 was direct correlation with c-erbB-2(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Abnormal expressig TGF-beta1 and BRCA2 in breast carcinoma indicate what are relation of occurring and development, it is useful to forecast development of breast carcinoma by combining to examine.
