摘 要:氢内燃机燃烧产物与传统内燃机不同,因此其EGR的作用机制与传统内燃机有很大差别。为了研究EGR对氢内燃机的动力性和排放特性的影响规律,以一台4缸2.0 L的氢内燃机为研究对象进行了试验研究,并探讨了缸内燃烧的发展过程和特点。试验表明:在循环喷氢量不变时,可以通过调节EGR率改变混合气的当量燃空比。在当量燃空比小于1时,EGR率的变化对输出转矩影响不大,在当量燃空比超过1后,输出转矩随EGR率的增加线性下降;在小负荷时使用热EGR将导致缸内温度的升高、增大NOx排放,在大负荷时使用热EGR使混合气略浓于化学计量比,配合三元催化器,能够在略减小动力性的条件下大幅度降低NOx排放。The combustion products of hydrogen internal combustion engine (HICE) are different from those of the traditional engines. The mechanism of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) applied on HICE is also different from traditional engines. To explore the effect of hot EGR on the performance and emissions, an experimental research was carried out in a 4 cylinder, 2.0 L HICE. The combustion characteristic was analyzed to study the EGR mechanism in HICE. The experimental results showed that, when cyclic hydrogen remains constant, mixture equivalence ratio can be adjusted by the change of EGR rate. EGR has a little effect on torque under the conditions of mixture equivalence ratio less than unity. However, the torque decreases linearly with the increase of EGR rate under the conditions of equivalence ratio larger than unity. NOx emission deteriorates as temperature in cylinder is increased by hot EGR at partial load. Engine operating on mixture equivalence ratio slightly than the stoichiometric mixture combined with hot EGR at full load can get low NOx emission behind the three-way catalyst with the .acceptable torque decrease.
