摘  要:目的研究口腔癌中基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)在肿瘤生长和转移中的作用及二者之间的关系。方法收集口腔癌标本42例、正常口腔粘膜10例,采用免疫组化的方法检测MMP-2和MIF的表达,并分析二者之间及其和肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移的关系。结果口腔癌中MMP-2和MIF的表达均较正常组织明显增加,口腔癌中MMP-2和MIF的高表达和肿瘤的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,同时二者的高表达存在一定的一致性。结论在口腔癌中MMP-2和MIF参与了肿瘤的生长和转移,但MMP-2的调控机制还是需要进一步研究的课题。Objective To study the function of Matrix metalloproteinase - 2 ( MMP - 2) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in the growth and metastasis of oral squamouscell carcinomas (OSCC). Methods The expressions of MIF and MMP - 2 were studied in 42 human OSCCs and 10 specimens of normal oral mucosa by SABC immumohistochemistry. Results The expressions of MMP -2 and MIF were significantly higher in OSCC than those in normal oral mucosa and were correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages. It had coherence about the expressions of MMP -2 and MIF. Conclusion MMP -2 and MIF may take part in the growth,progression and metastasis of OSCC. However, the regulation of MMP -2 expression still needs further research.
