摘　　要：出行行为理论是交通规划和管理的重要理论之一。在大力发展公共交通的过程中,认识到出行行为的心理因素在交通方式选择过程中的重要性是十分必要的。文章在论述出行行为的概念、特征、决策及对出行方式选择影响的基础上,分析了公交运营存在的问题及对出行者出行行为的影响,进而提出基于出行行为的改善公交运营策略。The theory of travel behavior is one of the important theory in traffic planning and management. So, it is very necessary to know the status of psychological factor in the process of decision-making when develop the public traffic. Based on bringing up the concept, character and strategy of travel behavior, and the impact of the selecting, this paper analyzes the problem of public traffic running, and the effect to the travel behavior, and then points out several strategies to improve the public traffic.
