城市公交规划中未来公交分担率的确定

摘　　要：由现状调查得到公交的平均运距、满载率、平均线路长度等指标。在规划年,根据城市的人口规模和国家规范指标确定配车规模,从而计算出线路总数;然后由满载率和平均运距的变化幅度确定规划年公交客流量的范围。在确定公交客流量后,将其除以交通需求预测出行总量并得到公交分担率指标。对于某一城市,在现状调查的基础上,通过预测的规划年人口规模和出行总量,就能确定规划年公交分担率的合适范围,从而为城市的公交规划提供量化指标。Obtains targets about transit average haul distance, load factor, average line length and so on by the present situation investigation; In planning year, according to urban population scale and national standard target definite allocation of bus scale, thus calculates the route total, then by the change of load factor and average haul distance determine the transit passenger capacity scope of planning year; Then obtains the transit share rate target by the transit passenger capacity dividing resident trips. Regarding one city, in the present situation investigation＇s foundation, through forecast the plan year population scale and the resident trips, can determine the plan year transit share rate appropriate scope, thus provides the quantification target for the urban transit plan.
