中西医结合临床路径在缺血性卒中急性期的临床对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中西医结合临床路径在缺血性卒中急性期的临床疗效和病人及家属的满意度。[方法]将85例经确诊为缺血性卒中急性期病人随机分为实验组45例和对照组40例,实验组采用中西医结合临床路径,对照组采用常规的治疗和护理;对病人的神经功能和日常生活能力进行动态观察,评价临床神经功能缺损程度(CNS)和日常生活活动Barthel指数(BI)评分。[结果]治疗后两组CNS评分减少和BI评分增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组CNS、BI评分、病人及家属的满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合临床路径在改善神经功能缺损程度、提高病人日常生活能力和提高病人满意度方面均优于常规治疗和护理。Objective： To probe into the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical pathway to treat patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy in acute stage and satisfaction degree of patients themselves and their family members. Methods：A total of 85 patients diagnosed as ischemic cerebral apoplexy in acute stage were randomly divided into test group （45 cases） and control group （40 cases）. Patients of test group adopted integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical pathway. Patients of control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care. Both neurological function and daily living activity of all cases were observed dynamically. And clinical neurological limitation score （CNS） and daily living activities Barthel Index （BI） score of all cases were evaluated. Results： After treatment, CNS of two groups patients was lower and BI score of them was higher . There were statistical significant differences between them（P〈0.05）. In terms of CNS, BI score, satisfaction degrees of patients and their family members after treatment, there were statistical significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical pathway was better than conventional treatment and nursing in improving the degree of neurological limitation, enhancing daily living activities and satisfaction degree of patients.
