摘　　要：目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法将58例（62眼）复发性翼状胬肉患者随机分为2组，治疗组（32例，35眼）采用角膜缘干细胞移植联合应用丝裂霉素C；对照组（26例，27眼）单纯采用角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗。术后随访6～30个月并比较疗效。结果治疗组1眼再复发，再复发率2．86％；对照组5眼再复发，再复发率18．52％，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组角膜创面上皮平均愈合时间为（8．34±2．38）d，对照组为（7．21±2．55）d，差异无统计学意义（19〉0．05）。两组均未发现严重并发症。结论角膜缘干细胞移植联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉再复发率低，并发症少，为复发性翼状胬肉安全和有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of recurrent pterygium. Methods Fifty-eight cases （62 eyes） with recurrent pterygium were randomly divided into two groups： limbal stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin C group （ treatment group, 32 cases, 35 eyes ） and limbal stem cell transplantation group （control group, 26 cases, 27 eyes）. The efficacy was compared after operation with follow-up for 6 to 30 months. Results One eye recurrence was noted in the treatment group, the recurrent rate was 2.86%. Five eyes recurrence were noted in the control group, the recurrence rate was 18. 52%. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The average epithelial recovering time of coneal wound was （ 8.34 ± 2.38） d in treatment group and （7.21 ± 2.55 ） d in control group, the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. No severe postoperative complications were found in two groups. Conclusions Limbal stem cells transplantation combined with mitomycin C can decrease the recurrent rate and complications. It is a safe and effective therapeutic method of recurrent pterygium.
