摘 要:提出相对失水率的概念,作为比较真空冷却过程中实际失水高于理论失水程度的判断依据。以水作为研究对象,采用不同的方法进行降低无效失水的实验,结果是水面上不加遮挡物时,其相对失水率高达2.0以上;加了遮挡物,失水明显降低;采用双层遮挡物,使相对失水率降至1.2左右,得到理想的结果;同时容器内水位的高低对失水也有影响,较低的水位其失水也较少。The concept of relative water loss rate is advanced to judge the degree which actual water loss is higher than theoretical water loss in the process of vacuum cooling. Water is used as the researched object, different methods have been taken in the experiments to reduce the ineffective water loss, the results show that the relative water loss rate is more than 2.0 when no baffle object was used; the water loss reduces obviously when baffle object was used; the relative water loss rate reduces to about 1.2 when double baffle objects were used, the result is perfect; the height of the water level in the container is also related to water loss, lower water level causes less water loss.
