摘　　要：通过对现代企业交往中电话业务的调查分析，发现大量的商务电话记录杂乱无章，记录信息冗余过大，有的甚至难以收集，这给企业的工作人员与客户的沟通了解带来很大的不便。为了解决商业往来中这些电话记录的分类、查询以及联系人信息的管理问题．文章从系统构思、数据库设计以及具体的程序实施策略等方面详细地介绍了电话管理助手这一C／S软件系统的设计与实现。According to the diagnoses of the modern enterprises＂ telephone business, finding that many business calling record always is disordered and the information redundance is very large and sometimes even lots of＂ information can not collect. To solve the classification and query of the calling records and to manage effectively the clients＂ information, this item introduces detailedly the design and the implement of an telephone management applied system which carries out C/S modal in the idea, the design thought of the database and the implementation strategy.
