摘 要:采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)与X射线光电子能谱(ESCA)研究了淀粉基API与桦木的胶接机理。用FT-IR对淀粉基API和桦木胶接界面的分析发现,在界面层中—NCO的特征峰(2272cm-1)强度减弱,由此可推断,淀粉基API中的—NCO与桦木中的纤维素或半纤维素上的羟基发生了化学反应。ESCA对胶接界面层中的C1、C2和C3含量的分析证明,淀粉基API与桦木之间确实发生了化学反应。An experiment was conducted to study the bonding mechanism of starch-based Aqueous Polymer Isocyanate (API) and birch by FTIR and ESCA. It was found that the characteristic peak intensity for chemical bond -NCO reduced in the interface by analyzing starch-based API, birch and bonding interface by FTIR, which indicated that a chemical reaction occurred between the chemical bond -NCO of starch-based API and hydroxyl of cellulose or hemicellulose of birch wood. Contents of C1, C2, C3 in the bonding interface by ESCA also proved the occurrence for chemical reaction between starch-based API and birch wood.
