十全大补汤减轻大肠癌化疗副作用的临床观察

摘　　要：探讨十全大补汤在减轻大肠癌患者化疗副作用中的效果。对照组按综合治疗计划予以规则化疗及常规止呕药物，试验组自化疗结束后第1天开始口服十全大补汤，至化疗后1周结束。结果显示。试验组患者精神、体力、食欲、睡眠等明显优于对照组，腹部不适、恶心、便秘等症状发生率也较低。结果表明，中药配合化疗能减轻化疗的全身毒副作用，提高化疗患者的生活质量，增强患者继续接受治疗的信心。The objective of this study is to probe into the effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang（SDT） decoction in the relief of the adverse reaction following chemotherapy. Patients with rectal carcinoma in the controlled group received routine chemical therapy and took routine antiemetic,and that in the study group received routine chemical therapy and took SDT from the first day when chemical treatment ceased, for successive 7 days. As results,patients＇ vigour,physieal strength,appetite and sleep in the study group were better than those in the controlled group,and the occurrence rate of abdominal malaise nausea and constipation in the study group was lower than that in the controlled group. It is concluded that SDT can reduce the side effect of chemical therapy,help improve patients＂ life quality and enhance their psychogenic confidence.
