摘 要:起升特性"偏软"、起下钻过程时间长和效率低是钻机普遍存在的一个问题。如果一味保守地选配大一级的电机和相应的电控系统,又会造成电机功率利用率低的问题。为了定量把握由于速度变化而引起的载荷变化规律,找出最大载荷工况,运用了达朗伯原理、虚功原理和质点系动力学普遍方程,推导了n×(n+1)轮系游车、天车及一级传动绞车系统中电机扭矩TD与顶驱大钩加速度a之间的解析关系式,为选择电机及其控制系统提供依据。Most problem for drilling rig existed, such as weak lifting, long tripping and lower efficiency. A high capacity of motor and the corresponding electronic control system would cause low-rate utilization. In order to quantitatively manage the load changing regularity caused by the velocity changes, to find out the maximum load condition, and to provide a basis for selecting and design the electrical control system, the relationship was deduced between the motor torque of top-drive TD and the acceleration of the hook a about the n× (n+1) gear unit of traveling blockcrown block-drawworks with first stage driving system. In the process, the D'Alembert principle, the principle of virtual works and the particle system dynamics general equation were mainly applied.
