摘　　要：湖南一师在中国近现代教育史上,具有重要的地位。其教育发展深受湖湘文化的影响,同时,一师的发展,也丰富和发展了湖湘文化。在我们大力提倡素质教育的今天,借鉴湖南一师教育发展历程中的一些启示,也不无裨益。First Teachers College of Hunan has an important position in modern Chinese history of education.Its development in education has an inevitable relation with Hunan culture. At the same time,the development of First Teachers College of Hunan also enriches and develops Hunan eulure.It could benefit somehow to draw lessons from the development of First Teachers College of Hunan.
