摘  要:目的将羌活、当归挥发油制成β-CD包合物,并考察其质量。方法采用正交试验研究β-CD包合工艺;运用多指标试验全概率评分法处理试验数据,应用薄层色谱、紫外分光光度法对包合物进行质量考察。结果优选出包合工艺为:混合挥发油:环糊精(1:8),包合温度为30℃,包合时间2h。结论此工艺适合大生产。β-CD包合技术可以使羌活、当归挥发油固体化,从而减少挥发损失。Objective To prepare β-CD inclusion compound of notopterygium and angelica essential oil and to investigate its quality. Methods The technique of β-CD inclusion was studied by orthogonal design, and the quality of the inclusion compound was investigated by analyses of TCL and UV. Results The optimum ethanol extracting process conditions were as follows: ultflization oil and β-CD was 1 : 8, inelusing Temperature was 30℃ ,and inclusing time up to two hours. Conclusions This technology appropriate for large-scale production. β-CD inclusion technique can make Notopterygium and Angelica essential oilsolidified, thus decreasing its loss from volatilization.
