摘 要:提出一种可站立式电动轮椅机构的设计方案,分析其工作原理,建立了数学模型。根据人机工程学中的人体结构测量数据及机构几何关系,设计了各杆参数。运用UG NX5对机构进行了运动仿真,得到各铰链点的位移曲线,验证了机构设计的合理性和方案的可行性。A kind of designing scheme for stand-able electric wheelchair has been put forward, the working principle was analyzed and its mathematical model was established. Parameters of each rod were deigned according to the data of human body structures measured by man-machine engineering and geometric relations of mechanism. Motion simulation has been carried out on mechanism by the use of UG NX5 thus obtained the displacement curves of each hinge point and the rationality of mechanism design and the feasibility of scheme were validated.
