摘  要:通过工艺实验,探讨影响加工精度的因素,并经长期实践,确定了最佳工艺参数和加工系统。同时,设计了解决磨削系统刚度的硬质合金砂轮套轴,并揭示了制造方法及要点,解决了小孔磨削的系统刚度问题。Through the process experiment, the factors that affect the accuracy of machining have been explored. After a long period of pracrice, the best process parameters and processing system has been determined. At the same time, we have designed the wheel quill shaft made by carbide that has solved the grinding system's rigidity. Further revealed the main points and methods of manufacture to solve the system rigidity problem in the small hole grinding.
