摘　　要：以天然保健茶叶为主要原料,加以灵芝、蛹虫草菌的浸出液进行协调复配,通过多次正交实验,优化出其浸出液及复配参数,最终研制出了一种口感纯正,清香醇厚,具有高效保健功能的茶饮料。The extracts of Ganoderma lucidum and Cordyceps Militaris bacteria were added to natural health tea for compounding and formulation. Through a number of orthogonal experiments, the extraction and compounding parameters were optimized to give a highly health-beneficial tea beverage featured by genuine taste and nice aroma.
