摘 要:大型空间可展开天线柔性大、非线性强,为了对其展开过程实施有效控制,动力学建模是首先要解决的问题。提出了将天线作为铰接的柔性曲线梁系统,进行基于柔性多体动力学分析的建模,物理模型离散化采用有限元方法,利用Lagrange方程建立动力学模型,进行动态响应分析。仿真结果表明,采用该方法建立的大型空间可展开天线的模型,能够准确的反映柔性天线系统宏观的大范围刚体运动与微观的弹性变形及其耦合作用;指出了展开过程中对高频弹性振动进行控制的必要性。Large space deployable antenna has the characteristic of fierce flexibility and non-linear.In order to practice effective control,the first problem which must be resolved is to build the dynamic model.The antenna was disposed as flexible structure composed of flexible curve beams and was modeled based on flexible multi-body analysis method,the physic model was discretized to plane beam element based upon the finite element method(FEM),the dynamic models was built using Lagrange equation and dynamic response was analyzed.Simulation results show that using this method to build the models of large space deployable antenna can reflect both the large overall motion and the small elastic vibration and their coupling characteristics exactly,and point out the necessary to control the high frequency elastic vibration during the deploy course.
