石油储罐罐底油三相分离工艺研究

摘  要:罐底油具有油水乳化严重、油渣相互附着力强、渣颗粒相对比重小等特点,直接进行油水渣三相分离获得原油非常困难。为解决罐底油三相分离的技术问题,本文采用Tween-80破乳剂打破"W/O"状态,再辅以超声振荡和适当微波加热措施,使原油与水、无机固形物之间解吸附而分离。单因素与正交试验结果显示:以3%质量浓度破乳剂与罐底油体积比为1∶1。Oil-water sludge had the characteristics of good emulsification oil-water, strong adhesion of oily sludge and small relative gravity in oil-water sludge which was difficult to directly separate crude oil from oil-water sludge. In order to solve the triple-phase separation technology of oil-water sludge, Tween-80 was selected to destroy emulsification of "W/O", followed by ultrasonic oscillating and microwave heating, which made the inorganic solids disintegrate and the crude oil from oil-water sludge were reclaimed. According to single-factor-analysis and orthogonal experiment design, the optimal process was confirmed that separation temperature was 50℃, 3% emulsification reagent, ultrasonic oscillating was 12 minutes, volume rate of emulsification reagent and oil-water sludge was 1:1. The rate of reclaiming crude oil could arrive at 98.4%.
