摘　　要：在欧美已经规定淘汰单壳油轮、亚洲多数国家开始收紧淘汰期限的大趋势下,如果不缩短单壳船进入我国海域的期限,必将导致大批外贸单壳船蜂拥而来,大大增加我国海洋环境保护的压力。全国政协委员、中海集团总裁李绍德呼吁,尽快出台政策,加快我国单壳油轮淘汰速度。Under the general trend when Europe and America have already regulated to phase out single-hull oil tankers And some Asian countries also started to tighten up the phase-out deadline, if China fails to cut short the limit for such ships entering Chinese seas, single-hull oil tankers carrying foreign trade will swarm in.
