摘  要:为提高船舶资源优化配置研究的实用性,建立了以船队总营运利润最大为目标函数的航线配船与船队规划数学模型。该模型将船队短期调配使用与长期发展规划结合起来统筹分析研究,利用线性规划的单纯形算法进行求解分析,并通过应用实例对模型和求解的有效性进行了验证。基于计算机语言混合编程的方法,设计并开发了航线配船与船队规划决策系统。运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,辅助决策效果良好。A model of ship routing and fleet planning,which takes maximum total operation profit as its objective function,is developed to improve practicability of studying ship resource optimization deployment.In the model,the short-term scheduling and long-term planning of fleet are combined,a simplex algorithm is designed to solve the linear programming model.Numerical tests are carried out to illustrate validity of the model.A ship routing and fleet planning decision making system is also developed with the mixed programming of VB and Fortran. Running the system shows that this system is reliable and stable,and the effectiveness of its assistance in decision making is satisfactory.
