摘　　要：目的探讨抑癌基因PTEN在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生和正常子宫内膜组织中PTEN蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床的相关性。结果子宫内膜癌组织中PTEN的表达缺失率明显高于子宫内膜不典型增生和正常子宫内膜(P<0.001),且与增生的严重程度、病理分级有关(P<0.05),而与肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论PTEN蛋白的表达缺失与子宫内膜癌的发生有关,其在子宫内膜不典型增生发展为子宫内膜癌中起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN protein in endometrial cancer and its correlation with clinical and pathologic references. Methods The expression of PTEN was detected with immunohistochemical methods in endometrial cancer, endometfial atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrial tissue, and the clinical relevances were analyzed. Results The expression loss rate of PTEN in endometrial cancer was significantly higher than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, and was correlated with the the severity of proliferation and the pathological grade （ P 〈 0.05 ） but not with the depth of .myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression loss of PTEN protein has played an important role in the development of endometrial atypical hyperplasia to endometrial cancer.
