摘　　要：教育经济效益以统计计量的方法说明教育的经济意义和社会效果，揭示教育在经济增长和社会发展中的作用；它是提高教育资源利用效率的出发点和归宿；是衡量教育质量好坏、衡量教育结构、教育计划合理程度的一个重要标准，因此，对其本质进行研究具有重要的理论意义。本文通过对教育经济效益有关概念的解析来揭示其本质。By the statistical measurement method, educational economic efficiency explains the economic and social benefits contributed by education and clarifies the role of education in economic and social development. It is both the starting point and end-- result of utilizing efficiency of education resources, and remains a critical standard for measuring education quality, as well as for the rationality of education structure and education plan. Therefore, the study on the essence of educational economic efficiency is of im- portant theoretical significance. By interpreting the connotation of different concepts this paper clarifies the essence in this area.
