摘  要:为了明确转化生长因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor-β,TGF-β)在骨折愈合过程中的作用,本文建立了家兔颌骨骨折的实验模型,利用免疫组化方法观察TGF-β3在骨折愈合不同阶段的表达及分布。结果显示:骨折后第3、第5天,骨折断端附近的炎细胞及间充质细胞内未见TGF-β3的阳性信号;骨折后第7、第11和14天,新生骨的骨细胞和其周围的成骨细胞以及软骨细胞内呈TGF-β3阳性;骨折后第21天,TGF-β3的阳性信号减弱。结果提示:成骨细胞和骨细胞,软骨细胞与TGF-β的合成和分泌有关。TGF-β在骨折愈合的不同阶段调节并刺激骨痂的发育。To make clear the function of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the fracture healing,an experimental model of fracture healing in the rabbit mandible was established and the expression of TGF-β3 was studied at different healing stage by immonhistochemistry. The results showed that TGF-β3 expression was negative or not detectable in the inflammatory cells and mesenchymal cells adjacent to the fracture site by the 3rd and 5th day after fracture. By day 7,11 ,and 14,osteocytes and osteblasts of the newly formed bone as well as chondrocytes demonstrated TGF-β3 positive signals. By day 21, decreased signals for TGF-β3 were observed. These observations suggest that osteoblasts, osteocytes, and chondrocytes may be responsible for synthesizing and secreting TGF-β3. TGF-β may play an important role in regulating and stimulating the development of callus at the different stages of fracture healing.
