摘 要:采用一种简易、快速、微量的奈斯勒试剂显色法,可直接从细菌固体培养物中筛选出产生L-天门冬酰胺酶的细菌。该法适用于从大量菌株中快速筛选L-天门冬酰胺酶产生菌。Micromethod was set up for screening bacteria to produce L-asparaginase.Principle of the micromethod was based on Lasparagine-Nesler's reagent developing color. It was simple and fast. Twenty eight strains producing Lasparaginase were selected from thirty two strains of E. coli by this method. The five strains of them could appear higher enzyme activity of L-asparaginase. After the five strains were inoculated into MH broth the enzyme activity was 0.15U/ml. If the five strains were inoculated into rich nutrient medium, the enzyme activity would greatly increase.
