丽珠脑力隆治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：采用随机对照方法，观察了丽珠脑力隆对急性动脉硬化性脑梗塞的临床疗效和副作用，结果发现丽珠脑力隆组治疗前后神经功能缺损积分差值的百分数（46．30±25．67）明显高于低分子右族糖酐对照组（29．70±33．52，P＜0．01）。其总有效率（82．5％）明显高于对照组（60．9％，P＜0．05）。丽珠脑力隆能降低血液中纤维蛋白原（Fb）水平。服用丽珠脑力隆可出现轻微的消化系统副作用。认为其不同组分通过不同途径起到治疗作用。Taking random-control analysis,divided 63 patients of acute cerebral infarction with cerebrovascular seclerosis into 2 groups, we observed the effects and side-effects of Lizhunaolilong capsule.and the results showed that the neurological function scores of patients after treatment with Lizhunaolilong capsule was higher obviously than that untreatment (P<0.01). The total effective ratio was higher significantly than the control's also. Lizhunaolilong capsule can decrease the fibrinogen in the blood. A little side-effects in the digestive tract could be noted.These suggest Lizhunaolilong capsule plays roles by different ways.
