摘　　要：针对卫生系统管理人才队伍建设观念落后,政策机制有待完善,后备人才严重匮乏,层次结构需要调整,缺乏长效培训体系,以及队伍理论政策水平欠缺,基本素质有待改善,创新意识亟待提升,驾驭能力尚嫌不足的现状,作者从深化政策机制改革、转变落后管理模式、加快卫生管理队伍职业化进程和建立管理人才终身教育培训体系等方面进行了探讨。For health systems management concepts behind the development of qualified personnel, policy mechanism to be improved, a serious lack of reserve personnel, the hierarchical structure need to be adjusted, the lack of long-term training system, and the ranks of the lack of theoretical and policy level, the basic quality of room for improvement, enhance the awareness of innovation to be, the ability to control Was suspected of lack of status quo, the author of this article from the deepening of the reform policy mechanisms, transform backward management model, professional management team to speed up the process of management personnel and the establishment of lifelong training system, and other areas were explored.
