摘　　要：目的总结高龄患者肠镜检查术的麻醉。方法对实施50例年龄70岁以上的老年患者肠镜麻醉进行总结分析。结果50例合并不同程度高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、脑梗死,患者采用舒芬太尼伍异丙酚静脉复合麻醉,顺利完成肠镜检高龄患者肠查。结论通过麻醉前详细了解病史,充分准备,谨慎用药,细心监护,高龄患者同样可安全接受肠镜检查。Objective Summary advanced age patient intestines mirror inspection technique anaesthesia.Methods To implements 50 example age 70 years old of above old age patient intestines mirror anaesthesia to carry on the summary analysis.Results 50 example merge varying degree hypertension,heart disease,diabetes,the brain stem dies,the patient uses Shu Fentai Nepal Wu Yibing the phenol vein compound anaesthesia,completes the intestines microscopic exam advanced age patient intestines to look up smoothly.Conclusion Through anaesthesia before detailed understanding medical history,the fulldetailed understanding medical history,the full preparation, the discrete medication,the careful guardianship,the advanced age patient may accept the intestines mirror inspection safely similarly.
