摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤血清标志物CA153,CEA和CYFRA21-1联合检测对乳腺癌诊断的临床意义。方法:选择28例乳腺癌患者作为乳腺癌组,32例乳腺良性疾病患者作为乳腺良性疾病组,另选取40例健康体检妇女作为正常对照组。化学发光免疫法检测其血清CA153,CEA和CYFRA21-1含量。结果:乳腺癌患者的血清CA153,CEA和CYFRA21-1水平及阳性率均明显高于正常女性对照组及乳腺良性疾病组(P<0.05)。三项标志物进行串联检测的敏感度和诊断准确度均高于单项指标检测。结论:联合检测血清中的CA153,CEA和CYFRA21-1水平对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of CA153, CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels in serum for mastocarcinoma diagnosis. Methods The contents of CA153, CEA and CYFRA21-1 in serum were detected with chemiluminescence immunoassay （CLIA） in 28 patients with mastocarcinom, 32 patients with benign breast disorders and 40 healthy controls,respectively. Results The levels and the positive rates of serum CA153, CEA and CYFRA21-1 of mastocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls and benign tumor patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The comlined diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of CA153, CEA and CYFRA21-1 combined detection was higher than that of single biomarker. Conclusion The combined detection of CA153 ,CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels in serum is of important clinical significance for diagnosing mastocarcinoma.
