检测水中大肠菌群的新滤膜法

摘　　要：用新滤膜法测定水中大肠菌群。试验结果证实：本方法所用的分离培养基阴性菌呈绿色，阳性菌呈黄色，具有较好的选择性和特异性。ＩＳＯ规定剂量范围内不加保湿剂对大肠菌群计数无影响，ＴＴＣ在ＩＳＯ规定的剂量内对大肠菌群计数无影响。This method refers to the International Standard ISO 93081:1990,Water qualityDetection and enumeration of coliform organisms,thermotolerant coliform organisms and presumptive Escherichia coli.Using the newest method of membrane filtration for coliform organisms in water.The media in this method is used first in China.So we have made inquiry to rhe electivity and speciality of the media,Tergitol and TTC in order to see if they have the effect on the enumeration of coliform organisms.The experiment result shows that on the elective media using in this method the the negative bacterium shows gree and the positive shows yellow.So the elective media's electively and speciality are good.Within the scope of ISO method,the media without Tergitol has no effect on the enumeration of coliform organisms.TTC has no effect on the enumeration of coliform organisms when it's dose is in the scope of ISO method.
