摘 要:目的:通过定量检测上皮性卵巢癌患者血清DNA水平,探索可用于上皮性卵巢癌诊断的新方法。方法:用微量基因组DNA抽提试剂盒提取31例上皮性卵巢癌、10例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及13例卵巢良性病变患者血清DNA,用SYBRGreen I荧光染色法测定其含量。结果:上皮性卵巢癌患者血清DNA含量(57.48±76.21 ng/ml)高于交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤(24.90±20.66 ng/ml)和卵巢良性病变患者(20.13±10.98 ng/ml),差异有统计学意义(t=-2.378,P<0.05)。而交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和卵巢良性病变患者血清DNA水平则无明显差异(t=-0.544,P>0.05)。结论:上皮性卵巢癌患者血清DNA定量检测有可能成为辅助上皮性卵巢癌诊断的新方法。Objective: To quantify serum DNA of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and search for novel diagnostic methods. Methods: The levels of preoperative serum DNA from 31 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer, 10 cases with borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and 13 cases with benign ovarian diseases were extracted by micro - genomic DNA extraction kit and quantified by SYBR Green I fluorescent staining. Results: The level of serum DNA in cases with epithelial ovarian cancer [ (57.48 ± 76. 21 ) ng/ml ] was significantly higher than those with borderline epithelial ovarian tumor [ (24. 90 ± 20. 66) ng/ml] and benign ovarian diseases [ (20. 13 ± 10. 98) ng/ ml ] (t = -2. 378, P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was no difference in serum DNA level between borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and benign ovarian diseases (t = - 0. 544, P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Quantification of serum DNA of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer might be novel auxiliary methods for the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
