摘　　要：从自主创新的背景入手,分析了自主创新、中小企业的基本概念与特征,阐述中小企业创新的重要意义。并通过分析福建省中小企业自主创新存在的问题,提出创新模式选择原则;并在此基础上,定性给出福建省中小企业自主创新战略的最佳选择。This paper starts with the background of technogical innovation, analyzes the basic concepts of the technological innovation and SME characteristics, promoting SMEs significance of self-innovation. In-depth study of the self-innovation of fujian province＇s SMEs existing problems, Put forward the principle of innovation model, and advanced strategy for self-technological innovation of SMEs in china the best choice.
